I baught my 4th Chrysler there, but knew more about the trucks then all the idiots put together. I think most of the staff was brand new They didn't know what to do No Tom foolery at Gresham Jeep. Just great service, great price and excellent care. It was a great no pressure buy. She is friendly and knowledgeable! Branden is very nice and helpful. This is my third car and I have the best buying experience here. They did not pressure us one way or another but instead showed us all options we were interested in.

Showed me how to work all the seats in my Chrysler town and country. Even showed us how to use the "tailgate" seating when we are watching out Son Ryan Play soccer. Really nice and friendly. The service center is horrible with communication, every time I talk to them they tell me the exact same thing Now that must have been a slick sales pitch! I was dreading the upcoming encounter with a car salesman, but when we met Sean my mind was set at ease. Sean made my experience pleasurable and painless. Would recommend him again.
Dan was good too. Had the inventory I was looking for. Luke was also very nice. Came from Bend. When returned to claim them 1 minute later, the sales manager didn't care, they didn't offer any solution. They trusted their employee, who then claimed he never entered vehicle, when he was handed keys to complete the vehicle inspection. This seemed a little odd to me, especially the way it was handled They are the typical shady car salesman. They will up sale you and tell you a higher price then advertised to see it they can take advantage and get you to pay more.
Elizabeth, the sales person, really worked to find a rig that met budget requirements and feature requirements. Closing the deal was straight forward. You go! It is best to call and make an appointment. The most helpful people to ask for when buying a car are Gary Moore, and a very nice gentleman named Madjid. They will take excellent care of you, they will not treat you like all of the bad experiences you here at other car dealerships.
They did exactly what they said they would. Let me tell you something about this dealership, They mark up their vehicles, here is an example. Dodge Demon sticker price 78, with a market value of 20, You do the math. There is no such thing Called market value! Felt like we were bothering the salesman so we asked another for help and he was very helpful Much much better environment for car Rubicon shopping.

We will be taking our van back for future service. We had a botched repair for a rear view mirror on our Ram Promaster at Ron Tonkin. Strangely not our first issue with them breaking stuff. Needless to say we looked for another option to repair the newly cracked mirror. I felt no pressure. I really enjoyed dealtwith him. Your dealership is fortunate to hxve people like Art.
But the promises over the phone were true. Dan , Pat and David were career professionals , not just some kids trying to make a sale. They are skilled and make things work for the benefit of the customer. I have bought many new cars , this was a pleasant transaction. Made a appointment for monday morning at 9am.
Ask them where to wait. She said it would take days to get though all the tests very complicated I have family coming later in the week and wanted it done. I came in to try a specific grand cherokee. I had already tried the newer version that was out of my price range, so I found the exact same thing used at gresham CDJR. It was in my budget and was in pretty good condition. I have been thinking about upgrading my truck for one with a stronger transmission. Initially I spoke with Elizabeth, who was nice.

We knew what we wanted but still had options. Her efforts went a long way toward making this deal. In the end after minimal haggling we drove away in our new Jeep JK. When we got our truck back the radio doesn't work, aux lights didn't work, aux electronics didn't work and there's a short that drains the batteries. Of course they say they didn't cause any of that and deny r4esponsibility, it's a coincidence they say. I am currently looking into the legalities behind returning the car.
With access to 24, employees, I will make it known to take business elsewhere. Change my mind. I was told more than one thing from different employees there. They are always easy to work with. Really take their time to get to know you and what you need. Never trying to sell me things i don't want. They go above and beyond to hrlp get you in the car you want. I reccomend them to everyone! They helped me with all the questions I had. Also originally I was going with a cherokee that had all leather and a sunroof.
I decided I did not want the sun roof, but wanted most of the features it had. Viatality was my sales man and dan was my sales manager. She made the process I dreaded an enjoyable experience. The car was available and exactly what I wanted. The final steps were completed in record time. This was a 2 hour drive from my home.
I contacted the sales manager at Gresham Dodge another hour down the road to see if he wanted to make a deal on another truck I had seen. Teona said they would get to my vehicle on the 23rd Wednesday. I called Friday and they didnt have my car registered they asked me for Vin number, my name, phone number they said they would call me back. I think she will go far in her future with vehicles sales! I wish her good luck and will refer her to friends looking to purchase one. He was great!

Went in there to get a DEQ inspection and was told they did not have enough time to get it done, mind you I got off early enough from work to make it there at 5 pm sharp. Worst service, no call back what so ever after trying for a week to schedule an appointment.

My car got in at appointment time and was finished on schedule. I showed up a little early. Luv the truck, I was shown all kinds of trucks made it painless for the most part. They had a lot of them. He didn't act like a typical salesman worried about the profit he was going to make. They were interested in our questions and answered them with knowledgeable information. Overall the team was excellent. It took them a day and a half to get it done, I didn't think about it much as it was the holiday season. They stood their ground, at their peril, and turned him completely around. Good job. Made racist remarks when I asked to have my social security number back since the deal didn't work out. Refused to return the copy of my driver's licence back. The person I talked to is named Jason Jay for short he acted like I was crazy and that was something they probably couldn't do, but he said they would look.
They were able to do it. It was an awesome experience. This is the second time we have had the horrible experience to deal with the service department at Gresham Dodge. We thought "we will give them a second chance", however, again, they messed up. Everyone involved helped a great deal. Brandon spent a great deal of time making sure I understood the ins and outs of the truck. His time was greatly appreciated. If I needed another vehicle I would surely request his assistance..
Usually we visit dealerships anticipating aggressive sales people, however we had a very positive purchase experience at Gresham Dodge. Convinced I walked away from that accident because the seatbelt and rollbars of my Jeep saved my life, I knew I would never feel safe driving anything other than a Jeep.

We are a jeep family and knew what we wanted when we came in. I gave him a price, the model and requirements we needed on the vehicle. Pat had me wait where it was warm and went and got the jeep we wanted. He was very pleasant and even offered to get my 17 month and 6 year old kids lunch while we were waiting for finance.
Ill start off with some of my back ground. I am a former U. S Army diesel mechanic, currently enrolled in a diesel tech. I'd like to think I'm pretty savvy as to how the maintenance world works. They worked hard and got me into the car I wanted for the terms I desired within reason. All were helpful and very knowledgeable which made for a pleasant experience. I look forward to bringing my truck back for routine mantainance and will certainly recommend Gresham Dodge and their employees to friends and associates.
He has a great personable demeanor. He made the sale! Good communication and with a smile. Was told they would honor their coupon for a oil change. Made a appointment got there and was told no. Mike Gatz made it extremely easy to order exactly the vehicle that I wanted. We went in with a price and what we wanted and came out with both.
He didn't try and sell me something I didn't want, was knowledgeable about the jeep and the area for what options we might need for our family. Expensive, but worth it if the problem is resolved. Service department needs to communicate better with customers on how long repairs will take. However, we didn't feel like we were just another sale; the sales guy Zack , the manager and financing put our needs first.
It was an amazing experience. Never got a return call that day. After I called to find out the Status of my truck , I was told that everyone had left and that no one even looked at my truck. My title was lost on my out of state trade in my USPS and they were very patient. Additionally, the provision of Shuttle Services was appreciated. This service advisor goes above and beyond, as well as the extra mile. I will look to them again for my next car purchase. Price was too high. Hard to get appointment. Pleasant waiting area. Had to wait excessive time for parts to arrive.
Unlike some other dealers. I like the notification that it's time to come in for my oil change. I got a appointment that worked for me, and Kim the service advisor was a pleasure to work with. Seems like the computer system is always slow, but other than that I have been very impressed with their service and waiting area.
Not pushy. Was able to take care of everything by phone and got exactly what I wanted. We highly recommend Branden. All were very pleasant and almost made the process fun. My new jeep has seven separate issues after 20k. The service advisor was just plain rude. My questions are clearly a huge annoyance to him. Now I'm driving an hour out of my way each way to take it to Tonkin instead. Great team to work with!!!! Only critique is that they need to speed up the transition from sale to getting in to finance to sign.
